Description

Copper Spray – a universal copper-based separating aerosol lubricant designed for various machine components operating under all loads (including heavy loads) and exposed to high temperatures and/or high humidity and/or aggressive environments. Ensures easy disassembly of joints after long-term use. Eliminates their adhesion to each other under the influence of various factors.

Properties:

• very high resistance to high temperatures;

• copper powder effectively coats treated surfaces and provides excellent lubricating properties;

• excellent separating effect for metals and alloys in any combination;

• effectively protects against all types of corrosion;

• excellent adhesion, does not separate or splatter even at high rotational speeds of the treated surface;

• reduces noise, squeaking, and vibration;

• resistant to hot and salt water;

• protects against welding of contacting surfaces, soldering, and carbon deposits;

• universal.

Examples of use:

• repair and noise (squeak) reduction of all types of braking systems (disc, drum, etc.);

• lubrication and corrosion protection of driveshaft joints, moving screw pairs, hubs, spark plug threads, threaded connections, bolts, screws, etc.;

• separating lubrication and protection against welding, burning seizure, and jamming of thermally loaded parts (exhaust system connections, heat exchangers, boilers, turbines, and other thermal equipment).

Application: Thoroughly clean (if necessary) contaminated contact surfaces down to bare metal, removing rust, carbon deposits, oxides, scale, etc. Degrease. Shake the aerosol vigorously. Apply Mannol Copper Spray in the required amount according to the technical maintenance instructions. After use, clean the spray head and nozzle. The can may be used until only pure propellant gas begins to escape.
