MANNOL Marine Long Term Grease WR2 Ester MN8026-04

Multi-purpose water-resistant grease based on highly refined mineral oils, featuring a mixed lithium/calcium soap thickener, synthetic esters, and special additives for enhanced adhesion, antioxidation, and corrosion protection.

Properties:

• The presence of synthetic esters significantly improves anti-wear, anti-seize, and anti-friction properties;

• Maintains its performance characteristics within a temperature range of -30 °C to +120 °C, extending the service life of friction units;

• The use of different metal cations in the thickener provides enhanced protective properties;

• Reliably protects bearings and other components against corrosion in wet and dirty environments over long operating periods;

• Effectively reduces friction and wear;

• Resistant to hot and cold water, completely unaffected by seawater, and provides water-repellent and sealing properties;

• Exhibits excellent adhesion to metal surfaces, forming a long-lasting lubricating film resistant to water, temperature variations, and contamination, thereby extending maintenance intervals and reducing service costs;

• Resistant to softening, ageing, and oxidation. Offers good thermal and mechanical stability and remains effective under temperature fluctuations;

• Meets a wide range of requirements, allowing the use of a single grease for most applications;

• The grease consistency remains stable during long-term storage. Shelf life: 5 years from the date of manufacture.

Application:
Designed for industrial equipment operating in humid conditions. Also suitable as a universal anti-seize grease for off-road applications where frequent or continuous water contact is common.
Recommended for the maintenance of boat mechanisms, wheel bearings, ball bearings, pivot joints, cardan shaft pins, ropes and sheaves, winches, and other friction units exposed to moisture.
