Removes wheel hubs mounted on tapered axles and press-fit rear drum brakes. Constructed of heat-treated forged alloy steel and fine-threaded 1-1/8" hex drive center bolt. Three adjustable legs can be extended to an 8" (20cm) diameter bolt circle
