3pcs Diesel Injector Puller Extractor Set Mercedes Benz CDI Sprinter

This 3 piece diesel injector puller set comes complete with an extractor key for removing the inner part of the Bosch injectors. It is also suitable for removing injectors without the use of a slide hammer and without removing the cylinder head, also the only solution when need to remove the injector from a difficult to reach areas. First remove the injector keeper, wires, and fuel supply line. Use the black socket to remove the injector solenoid cover. After the solenoid cover is removed, remove the solenoid seals, shims and springs that are found under the solenoid cover and use a special key to remove the inner part of the injector. After the inner part of the injector is removed, use penetration oil and chrome plated puller with shaft and nut to pull the injector assembly out from the head of the engine block.

Please note:

• For some Sprinter models you may need to grind inside the puller sleeve, some OEM injectors are 0.5-1mm thicker than the internal space of the sleeve, works for most of injectors without modification of the tool
